Overview

The ``DoCanSystem`` class is responsible for facilitating Diagnostic over CAN.

  + It sets up the physical CAN transceiver and transport layer.

  + Adds each transport layer to the transport system.

  + It manages the scheduling and execution of periodic tasks.
