The module bspInterruptsImpl implements the functions declared in bspInterrupts.

bspInterruptsImpl manages interrupt-related operations, including the suspension and resumption of interrupts. When suspending interrupts, it halts all interrupt processes and retrieves the previous interrupt status. Later, it resumes the previously suspended interrupts.
